The Breakthrough Awards ceremony is held at Moffett Field in Mountain View Ca.  Our tents are set up in front of a dirigible hangar which makes for a spectacular backdrop. There are about 15 tents that are set up to create the venue for this event, the tents are used for everything from storage, restrooms, main entrance to the actual show tent.  The main event tent where the ceremony is held is a  40mx45m Losberger structure tent with all clear vinyl so you can see the incredible architecture behind the tent.  Our crew works on this project non-stop for about 3 weeks before the event and once the event is over the tear-down takes another week.  In addition to the tenting we also provide; flooring, climate control, ceiling/wall drapes, and custom carpet installation.
