Early planning is one of the best ways to ensure the success of your holiday party. With Christmas just around the corner, we are making our list and checking it twice! For this holiday season we are gifting you with two pieces of event planning advice:

Tip #1: Always plan for your maximum guest count. You can always drop your numbers later, but adding extra accommodations for guests you assumed would RSVP “no” can be tricky.

Tip #2: Keep in mind that seasonal events and holidays require early planning simply due to the fact that everyone is planning for the same type of event during the exact same dates as you are. This could mean limited quantities on all of your event resources. To ensure you get the look you want, be sure to book your rentals early.
